Homemade Flatbread

A must have recipe for soft and fluffy flatbreads. Perfect for wrapping around souvlaki, falafels, scooping up dips or for dipping in curries and sauces.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup self raising flour
  • 1 cup Greek style natural yoghurt
  • 1 tbs olive oil

Instructions

  • In a bowl add flour, yoghurt and olive oil. Season with salt and mix until a smooth dough starts to form.
  • Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and divide into 4 equal portions.
  • Flour a rolling pin and roll out each piece of dough into rounds. Add more flour as you go to prevent the dough from sticking.
  • Cook the flatbreads in a medium fry pan on medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side. they are ready once they turn golden.
