2tbsextra-virgin olive oilplus extra to drizzle on top
Instructions
Place the chick peas, tahini and a pinch of salt and pepper in the bowl of a food processor. Process for a minute.
Add the garlic, lemon juice, cumin, olive oil and 2tbs of cold water. Continue to process for a further few minutes. If the mixture is too thick add another tablespoon of cold water.
Continue to process until you have a wonderful silky-smooth consistency. Check for seasoning then transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
