Ingredients

  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup mixed berries
  • 4 almonds
  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
