Chia pudding pots

A delicious & healthy way to start the day with these gorgeous coconut chia pudding pots.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste (or exract)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • natural greek yoghurt to serve
  • passionfruit pulp to serve
  • fresh raspberries to serve

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well to combine
  • Divide mixture between 4 jars/pots and place in fridge to thicken up overnight.
  • Top the jars with natural yoghurt, passionfruit and fresh raspberries.
